I am currently working with a national law firm looking to recruit a new Senior Commercial Property Associate. You will join the successful team to manage a caseload of landlord and tenant, title investigation and reporting, estate management and acquisitions and disposals.

The Role:
- The team currently advises investors, lenders, commercial and residential developers and high profile entrepreneurs and estate owners across a range of sectors
- You have exposure to an exciting variety of work including landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development and high level transactional work for high profile regional and national clients.
- The successful Commercial Property Associate will be 6 - 10 years qualified, however if your PQE level falls just outside this bracket and feel you meet the general criteria then your application will also be considered.
- You will be from a commercial background and ideally have experience of working with public sector bodies.
- You will also have good academics and sound technical knowledge to be selected for this position.
- Will be technically skilled and able to develop and maintain strong client relationships
