This is an exciting opportunity within a leading executive search healthcare company, being responsible for supporting recruiters, liaising with clients and candidates, and providing exceptional service to stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

Using creative tools and resources to uncover and engage with the best–untapped talent for temporary and Interim staffing needs across: Engineering, Project Management, Mid to Senior executive level as well as Health and Safety/ Fire Warden vacancies
Screening CV applications, interviewing candidates assessing the suitability of culture and technical experience for specific roles, Scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate journey
Building relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicating professionally
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates effective and innovative sourcing ESSENTIALS:

Minimum of 1–year experience in a people–facing role including but not limited to Customer Service, Coordination, or Recruitment
A passion for progression and development in your career
Motivated to succeed and help others
Persistent to overcome challenges
Excellent and clear written and verbal communication always providing a high caliber of delivery and work
Strong problem–solving skills to identify areas for improvement and build hiring solutions at scale BENEFITS:
