JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor PQE: 3+ Years' PQE LOCATION: Berkshire SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE: This top ranked firm are currently looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy commercial team. The Successful Commercial Solicitor will be involved in all matters pertaining to commercial law, including drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, wide range of commercial contracts including matters relating to commercial trading agreements. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with between 1-3 Years' PQE with a good knowledge and grounding in commercial law. You will have outstanding commercial awareness, good financial acumen, keen to learn and develop skills and those of junior colleagues and be a strong team player. You will also need to be comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts.
