Our client is a highly rated regional firm with a stellar track record of handling London level work whilst providing an excellent alternative to the city. They are looking for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join the thriving team in their central Southampton hub.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience advising on methods of procurement, standard form building contracts and collateral warranties. This is an interesting and varied role acting on behalf of mixture of large property portfolio holders, institutional investors and shopping centres.
*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
