Commercial Finance Manager – EMEA (Remote Working)
GBP75k – GBP80k Basic
10% Bonus
GBP5k car
Travel required
The Commercial Finance Manager will work closely with the wider EMEA team to support the strategic objectives and growth plans for the region. This role will suit a candidate with 5–7 years PQE with who is a visible, engaging and knowledgeable business partner
Responsibilities:
As Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing Management Information delivery, responsible for all aspects of reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with the aim of continuous improvement of commercial performance
Take full ownership of the EMEA P&L, understand and explain trends and variances to senior management
Financial Analysis of the results and business partnering to the team acting as a point of contact and subject matter expert on all financial matters
Assisting with overseeing financial activities in various countries throughout EMEA
Continuous engagement with the business on KPIs improvement
Responsible for weekly forecasting of sales for the EMEA region
Responsible for EBIT flash forecasting for the EMEA region
Act as a key contact with the accounting teams, improve collaboration, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
Business case development and scenario modelling
Acquisition analysis, DD and integration
Support the CFO and recommend improvements on working practices
Any other duties required to assist in supporting the achievement of the Company objectives.
Travel will be required to assist the teams locally
Who you are:
Qualifications and skills:
Qualified Accountant with 5–7 years PQE
Previous experience of working in a commercial role
Analytical mindset
Modelling and business intelligence tools
Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
