We have an exceptional role for an Associate Director based out of our clients London office.
As an Associate Director you will manage a team of talented structural engineers and be responsible for their technical delivery and profitability.
Build on the existing relationships with clients, and be responsible for developing team members.
The client is working on a diverse project portfolio including commercial,residential, hotel and leisure.
The role:
Agree feasibility study briefs with clients, and develop the project brief in conjunction with others.
Establish the design concept and the design program with the team; carry out reviews.
Manage the design process and deliver appropriate and cost effective solutions to the agreed program;
Review the production of calculations and drawings; ensure QA procedures are fully adhered to, and carry out technical reviews.
Required:
You will have a degree in a relevant engineering degree together with relevant and comprehensive experience.
Be a Chartered Structural or Civil Engineer.
Experience of Mission critical or laboratories required
Experience of delivering large projects as a lead and be able to manage multi disciplinary teams.
