Salary: GBP35,000 – Negotiable DOE
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Our client is a market leading developer, established for over 30 years.
Their portfolio comprises of award–winning office, leisure, retail, industrial and residential properties across the UK.
They have an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant/PA to work for their Managing Director
To provide PA Executive support to the MD and assist with necessary duties for the running of the company.
Typical duties will include:
Keeping all diaries up to date, arranging meetings and appointments.
Arranging travel & accommodation for personal and business
Answering telephone system, directing calls, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner
Preparing reports, presentations, research and other background information to support the MD s commitments
The preparation of board packs, agendas, typing and distribution of Board Minutes
Support and manage the MD s commitments with regards to his membership of industry organisations
Meet & greet visitors, make drinks, attend to meeting rooms as required.
Audio, copy typing, taking minutes & letters from verbal dictation.
Organising and attending major events where required (attendance may be outside business hours – minimum of 6 events a year)
Filing & maintaining all personal filing
General secretarial duties
Holiday and sickness cover
Provide support to other PA s
Required Skills:
Good organisational skills
Good telephone & communication skills
Good audio, typing & PC skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively and efficiently
Ability to prioritise
Ability to be flexible
Ability to carry additional duties if required
Highly professional and confidential
Additional duties:
Keeping the diary system up to date along with the board room and meeting room diaries
Directing visitors
Any other duties as required by the company
