The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm's vibrant office in Edinburgh, with hybrid working in place.

The Legal 500 Top Tier Corporate department in Edinburgh are regarded as a market-leading team who offer the full spectrum of transactional and governance advice for a wealth of multinational clients.

As such, you will have a diverse caseload including cross-border & private company M&As, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures and corporate governance.

You will work with a variety of clients such as global corporates and private equity houses across numerous sectors, including IT, healthcare, technology, energy and financial services.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE
• Ideally completed a seat in Corporate in a leading commercial firm
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
