You will be an integral part of our in–house Talent team tasked with attracting high calibre staff across all areas of our UK business.
As a Trusted Advisor to diverse parts of the business, you will take a proactive role in shaping and delivering all recruitment activity.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and person specifications
Devising innovative adverts attract quality candidates
Proactively source candidates via all Social Media platforms
Promoting SCC via social media
Conducting Interviews with potential candidates
Co–ordinating Interviews with Hiring Managers
Professionally managing the Candidate experience from end to end
Success in this role will be demonstrated through being a positive and proactive team player who will use their industry experience to fulfil business recruitment needs in a professional and timely manner.
Key Attributes
Ability to manage volume and specialist recruitment, ideally within an IT environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and working to challenging deadlines
Excellent Customer Service skills
Creative, Can–do attitude
Proficient in Social Media Talent Attraction (LinkedIn etc)
Experience of resourcing for "hard to find" vacancies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers quickly.
Good organisational qualities with the ability to work flexibly according to the dynamics of our business
Positive can–do attitude with demonstrable ability to recruit for a large number of vacancies concurrently
Good administration skills and IT literacy
