Recruitment Operations Manager (Interim)
Milton Keynes/Hybrid
Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager on an interim basis to join their team until December 2022. This will be a hybrid role, with adhoc travel to the office Milton Keynes.
This role will be supporting the leadership team in leading and managing the operational service delivery of the end–to–end employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, core HR transactional and first line advisory activity.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
Leading, managing and developing direct reports to build and retain a highly engaged and capable team through the attraction, training and development of the necessary skilled professionals to meet business needs.
Actively managing the day–to–day operation of the Operational teams, ensuring key business targets, SLAs and KPIs are met to ensure the quality, credibility and legal and technical compliance of services provided.
Act as a point of escalation for direct reports, exercising judgement and using initiative in dealing with complex issues, interpreting and applying procedures and guidelines to achieve the desired outcome in a manner proportionate to any associated risks.
Ensuring that teams are skilled to provide sound technical knowledge that is right first time and meets the needs of our customers.
Oversee workload allocation and capacity planning to ensure that customers are responded to efficiently and effectively.
