Corporate Associate Solicitor - Reading - £55,000 - £85,000
Our client is a top-tier full-service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. Their offices in Reading seek a Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team based in Reading.
The Corporate department is chambers listed for their work and the group deals with mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industry sectors.
The group also handles start-ups, debt, and equity funding arrangements (acting for lenders and borrowers), share schemes, joint ventures, acquisitions, and disposals. Their clients include medium to larger privately owned companies, larger multinational and UK and listed companies.
Typical deal transactions range from £1 million up to £30 million with a large proportion of the work having an international element in the United States.

- Lead corporate transactions and co-ordinate advice in order to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Deal directly and confidently with directors and senior professionals
- Co-ordinate and direct due diligence and disclosure exercises (often incorporating and directing more junior members of the team)
- Have good negotiating skills as well as be organised and effectively interact with clients and partners
