This role presents a great opportunity to work with one of the South Easts leading firms ranked Tier 1 for their Commercial practice, alongside many of their other departments. The firm engage in high-calibre work typically focusing on household names both in the UK and internationally, areas of focus are technology and privacy and a broad range of general commercial matters.
The team is led by four outstanding solicitors, enabling you to work closely within a collegiate team and providing excellent options for progression and development as you tackle a diverse portfolio of work, including; advising on business-critical transactions, IT infrastructure, software development, data protection policies, cybersecurity and GDPR compliance reviews, amongst many more. The position also enables you to work with a wide range of businesses and clients from agile start/scale-ups to large multi-national and blue chip corporates.
The ideal candidate should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, alongside effective communication and a strong attention to detail. In return you will play a vital role in the continuation of this excellent department, with strong remuneration packages and hands-on personal and professional development.
