Our client is a leading full-service law firm, following the merger of two legacy firms, they now bring together over 300 years of legal knowledge to an enviable list of clients. They are currently seeking an associate to join their Property Litigation team, working for both commercial and residential property clients.

You can expect to work on a varied caseload, including enforcing rights on freehold property, advice on easements and restrictive covenants, development related issues, contract disputes concerning land, adverse possession, boundary disputes, rights of light claims, property fraud, and many more. Landlord and tenant disputes are another integral part of the role, and you can expect to advise on all stages of litigation, working alongside a partner and senior team members you can expect excellent career development and progression opportunities.
