Description

The Interim Management Accountant is responsible for:

Oversee all company accounting responsibilities (including payroll & month end management, bank payment authorisation & invoicing)

* Drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial / management / KPI reporting to identify results, trends

* Own & control financial systems

* Deliver financial budgets and forecasts with discrepancy & variance analysis

* Conduct cash flow management and reporting

* Manage a team as the business grows (currently one Financial Administrator)

* Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

* Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation

* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

* Provide annual R&D Tax Credit reporting and financial support in grant reporting

Profile

We are looking for:

Qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Experienced in start up/ SME environment responsible for all of finance.

Experienced in excel financial modelling.

Available immediately, able to work 3-4 days from the office in Oxfordshire with full UK Right to Work.
