A legal 500 ranked Employment Department is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor at Director level. The firm is comprised of three other Directors and the aim is to bring somebody in at senior level with a following/specific sector following who will have enthusiasm for the growth and development of the department.
This team is highly experienced and mainly undertake employment respondent work but there is an element of high-net-worth claimant work in the department at present. You will come on board with plenty of autonomy to undertake the work you are comfortable with and if you have a following there will be plenty of scope for you to build and develop on this how you see fit.
The firm has an excellent reputation and the employment team itself is going from strength to strength. This appointment is mainly to assist the growth and development of the team, another member who adds significant value to the firms excellent offering.
