A Legal 500 firm with 3 sites across the Northern Home Counties is hiring a commercial and property litigation solicitor as they expand to meet client demand and this role could be based in Bedford, Cambridge or Milton Keynes.
The ideal commercial litigation solicitor will have around 2-4 years' PQE and should have a broad base of experience that will include contract shareholder, property, insolvency, finance, construction and debt disputes. You will ideally be a strong advocate with experience of alternative dispute resolution and should have a keen interest in business development and marketing. The firm act for clients in the IT, technology, industrial and retail sectors and you can expect a direct client facing role with full support and development on offer from the lead partners in the disputes team. They can offer a market rate salary and benefits with a clear and defined past for progression.
