Corporate Solicitor 3-5 Years' PQE
Our client is a top tier firm in Leeds seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join its growing team.
This is a forward-thinking firm that prides itself on working on some of the highest quality corporate matters in the UK and internationally.
They seek a corporate solicitor, ideally 3-5 years' PQE, to join them as the team is growing due to planned growth within the department.
Your role will involve M&A domestic/cross border, private and public, equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital investments and joint ventures.
You will ideally have gained strong corporate experience within a city or strong regional firm. You will be expected to be technically excellent and have significant commercial awareness. You will be encouraged to develop a sector focus, and the firm will work with you to understand where your professional interests will be.
You will be offered a significant remuneration package dependent on experience, along with a fantastic benefits package.
