This is a varied In-house property role for a Residential Property Specialist. The role is available on a part-time basis and offers flexible working.
Client Details
Out client is a developer and seller or Residential Properties throughout the South East of the UK.
Description
Acting for the company in respect of legal matters of property transactions, to include:
The individual will also be able to deal with any development acquisitions and will manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
They will be likely to have at least 5 years of post qualification experience.
They will have:
General litigation knowledge will be looked upon favourably but is not a pre-requisite.
This role is available on a 3 day per week basis.

- preparing and completion of legal documents,
- plot sales,
- purchases and resale of part exchange properties and leases.
The individual will also be able to deal with any development acquisitions and will manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
They will be likely to have at least 5 years of post qualification experience.
They will have:
- good residential/commercial and plot sales experience
- the ability to deal with the acquisition of sites for development
- experience of dealing with ancillary matters which need to be completed during or after a site acquisition process, including the negotiation of variations to existing agreements (including s106 extensions and option extensions) the
- expertise necessary to liaise with the NHBC and/or a third-party provider for the provision of a bondsman in the completion of Statutory Utility Agreements together with obtaining execution of the appropriate documentation
- experience of dealing with option deals
- site acquisitions experience
