10–14 years of overall experience in digital technology and consumer experience with a strong background in core digital retail areas.
Must have domain knowledge and experience: Retail & CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) AND Omnichannel Commerce
Experience of digital retail landscape including topics such as Inventory, Merchandising, Allocation, Replenishment, Order Management, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Promotions, Pricing, Point of Sale, Warehouse Management
Experience of digital solutions for consumer experience such as eCommerce, Content, Marketing, UX, Social Media, SEO, Mobile etc.
Crystal clear understanding of the domains you have worked in and the ability to deep dive into any new modules
Experience of working with a diverse set of clients in different industries
Experience of working in one or more of following functions: management consulting, technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distribution transformation and customer experience
In–depth knowledge of market requirements, regulations and client types in these markets.
Breadth of experience across diverse fields like technology, strategy, operations, finance and regulatory implementations
Experience in understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technical development projects.
Strong problem–solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
Ability to multitask across multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders at C–suite level on product and strategy decision
Excellent consulting skills that provides thought leadership and innovative solutions to your clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with sales team and facilitating the sales process for technologically and scientifically advanced products.
Attending prospect/customer calls with sales team.
Crafting an easy–to–understand pitch/storyline during the sales process keeping clients offerings, values and differentiations in mind.
Working closely with practice teams in lead qualification/nurturing as well as bid management processes especially supporting on technical aspects.
Owning creation and presentation of collateral as per the customized storyline for a particular customer or bid.
Quickly understanding the business issues and data challenges of client s organization and industry.
Providing expertise and keeping yourself updated on the latest technology advancements and competing products/vendors in Retail/CPG industry to suggest best possible solution for a customer problem.
Supporting transition of new accounts from sales to delivery.
Identifying new areas of cross sell/business growth in existing accounts.
Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects.
Good understanding of clients accounts, client database and business projects
