Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for an Associate Director within our clients professional Building Surveying team in Cambridge
Interested candidates must have a wealth of professional building surveying experience with the ability to lead and develop a team along with excellent client facing skills.
Our Client: Independent multi–disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Projects: Education, Healthcare, Local Authority, Residential

Requirements of the Associate Director (Building Surveying):
Party Wall, Dilapidations, Landlord and Tennant along with other professional building surveying experience
MRICS qualified
Ideally 5 – 10 years' experience within a practice environment
Experienced of earmarking potential business opportunities and developing them further
