Agile Test Manager – INSIDE IR35We urgently require an experienced Agile Test Manager who has worked on various digital projects/programmes.The Agile Test Manager will provide leadership and hands on support in testing across multiple product deliveries to our clients customer facing websites.The Agile Test Manager will be well versed in Agile rather than just having limited exposure.Responsibilities –
- Support the scrum masters in optimising the test approach (scope, prioritisation, risk) and managing the work
- Refine and improve our client's test capability (tools, practices, environments)
- Provide work management – not line management – to the resources (internal testers, internal users, vendor teams) in delivery of testing
- 5+ years of leadership of testing in agile deliveries
THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE 2 DAYS PER WEEK ON CLIENT SITE IN HAMPSHIRE
