Your new role
You will manage the company finances and oversee some operational responsibilities. As the #1 in Finance you will also provide strategic direction and business partner across the company, and influencing the executive board. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed
As a ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant you will have experience of a similar autonomous role within the SME environment. You will have a full understanding of the creative agency landscape, including time-billing, WIP accounting and client negotiations. A solid understanding of Zero, MS office and Jira would be advantageous. You will most importantly be passionate about marketing, design, branding and ready to make a difference to an ambitious company.

- Oversee P&L, forecasting and budgeting
- Improve financial processes and systems
- Provide strategic insight and long-term planning
- Competitor market, margin and variance analysis
- Manage the AP/AR and credit control process
- Provide oversight of HR, IT, Legal and Insurance
