Position: HR Business Partner (12 Months Maternity Cover)
Salary: up to GBP41K DOE

Responsibilities:
As a HR Business Partner, you will be supporting two corporate functions as well as one of the charitable arms. Although it is only a maternity cover, you will get great exposure to the exciting things happening in the business due to a recent merger as well as all the projects planned down the line.
The HR Team is looking to develop and introduce a new People Strategy and you will be a big part of the process. Your responsibility as a HR Business Partner will be to work closely with the leadership team on workforce initiatives and to build strong relationships. You will be managing a team of two and will promote a high performance culture.
You will also be supporting the wider HR team with change and transformation projects as well as implement/improve processes with regards to recruitment and retention, talent development, employee life cycle and many more. Other HR Business Partner responsibilities will be to support complex ER matters, provide comprehensive advice and guide line managers through the decision making process.
Experience needed:
As a HR Business Partner, you ll be expected to have worked in a similar role where you ve had exposure to change and transformation projects, be a resilient leader, able to challenge practices that do not work and seek innovation. You will have great employment law awareness and ability to guide and mentor different stakeholders in the right direction.
The team wants a strong communicator that can influence and motivate others to perform at their best. Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 7 qualified, but experience here is what matters the most and what could potentially get you the job.
