An exciting new in-house legal opportunity has arisen for an Aviation Finance lawyer to work in the legal team of a top tier bank. You will be working closely with the aviation finance business of the bank to support both legal and commercial transactional work.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of LMA architecture, various banking/finance documentation, as well as aviation finance documentation.
Responsibilities will include working with a range of banking and transactional documentation, such as term sheets, operating leases, fund documents and some regulatory elements.
In this role you will be assisting in the execution, the structuring and arranging of capital solutions for airlines, funds, and lessors as well as the associated corporate governance and balance sheet management.
The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 PQE and have previous experience in the aviation finance market. You will have an aptitude to communicate well with external and internal stakeholders, as well as some regulatory knowledge.
