Culture Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support the Retail side of our client's business in the UK, covering North regions from Nottingham upwards. This is a field–based role with remote working and some requirements to travel. You will earn a salary of GBP45,000 – 55,000 and a compelling benefits package for your work in the full–time position.
As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across the business and report directly to the Head of People Performance. Your focus areas will be organisational design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning.
Your primary day–to–day responsibilities as Regional HR Business Partner will include:
Partnering with stakeholders to deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives
Creating and implementing a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall company People strategy
Supporting Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues
Working collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projectsPrior HR Partnering experience within retail is essential to your success in this role. You will need diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in generalist, partnering roles in busy, multi–location & complex businesses. Experience as part of a high–performing team within a highly customer–centered service or retail environment would be ideal.
In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of GBP45,000 – GBP55,000 plus car allowance.
