KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

4 Support HR operations activities and tasks
ASSOCIATED TASKS
Act as business partner for Teams/Functions/Delivery Units
- Build deep understanding of the business strategy at project and unit level and partner with Manager/Unit head/Project Manager in achieving the same
- Provide HR solutions & support to Managers for implementation of people processes in order to build a performance driven culture
- Proactively identify HR issues impacting business and undertake interventions/provide input to corporate HR to deal with the same
Actively undertake actions to build Employee Engagement & ensure employee retention
- Identify & address people issues on a proactive basis. Have a pulse on overall employee morale in the DU/CF/BU
- Facilitate on-boarding of new joinees in the DU/CF/BU
- Collaborate with Talent Management Group to understand project allocation and ensure that the aspirations of employees are met
- Build a culture of employee development through initiatives like Talent Management, PMS, E-learning etc
- Facilitate career planning & development of employees in the Unit
- Facilitate design and implementation of employee retention strategy in the Unit
- Drive employee engagement in the Unit through planned interventions
HR Policy & Process Implementation
- Ensure uniform HR policy implementation across Units
- Participate in policy making by identifying business needs and process improvements & working with Corporate HR team to facilitate changes
- Be responsible for adherence to statutory compliances
- Support HR operations activities and tasks
- Ensure data for the unit as required is submitted to the HR ops team timely and accurately.
- Support with ad hoc tasks and activities to support engagement in the unit
- Ensure protection of company assets and compliance to information security policies
- Undertake additional responsibilities/tasks as maybe required by the business
