Business Analyst (Access management/IAM/PAM)

Our client is a well-known building society with headquarters in Swindon; As one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK, 15 million members are at the heart of everything they do.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 months contract - Remote.

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a strong business analyst to join a new programme of work for a number of security and control initiatives over the next financial year. Suitable candidates need to be able to engage stakeholders, understand their needs, refine the scope and manage expectations, then support work through delivery.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Deliver a variety of business design services to time, cost, and quality, enabling the Change team to deliver against the outcomes and Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the Change team.
• Champions a culture of accountable freedom and excellence, supporting colleagues to most effectively deliver the Change team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

What we require from the candidate:

• Experience working in Access Management (IAM, PAM)
• Background in financial services or regulated/control environment
• Strong end-to-end business analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
• Ability to work proactively on their own and as part of a collaborative team
• As-Is and To-Be analysis to understand the problem
• Development of use cases/user stories/requirements management
• Management, Cyber protection, Security controls, and governance

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
