A leading investment bank is looking for an Associate, to join their transaction management group (Europe & Asia) within the Debt Capital Markets team.
This is a 12 month FTC, reporting through to the Director, Transaction Management Group (UK).
The DCM Team provides a wide range of fixed income capital markets products and services to supra-national, sovereign, agency, corporate and financial institutions.
The Transaction Management Group, is seeking to hire a mid-level associate/senior associate to support the DCM capital markets business. This is a fast-paced and dynamic team who have grown rapidly in line with the business. The position is in London and will primarily support the teams based in Dublin, London, Singapore and occasionally the Toronto and New York teams.

About the role:
- Managing, reviewing and drafting documentation associated with each transaction
- Managing programme documentation
- Reviewing and preparing issuer term sheets
- Dealing with research requests
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials
- Liaising with operations teams to ensure smooth settlement
About you:
- Ideally a law degree (not necessarily fully qualified)
- Debt Capital Markets understanding
- Transaction Management experience
