RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR- RENOWNED NATIONAL FIRM- A super Residential Conveyancing opportunity with great potential at a super multi-office firm based in Gloucestershire.
A super Residential Conveyancing opportunity with great career potential at a renowned multi-office Gloucestershire.
There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from Fee earners; either Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with good quality experience in high value residential conveyancing matters who are ready for a major career step with a high-quality firm. The role could suit experience levels from recently qualified right up to a more senior level.
The successful candidates will be trained in a wide range of residential property matters including leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership and will have confidence to use the various portals for electronic submissions of searches, registrations, SDLT and mortgage administration
There will be ample support from this small friendly team and the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with some very professional colleagues. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load of Residential Property Conveyancing with full secretarial support and maintain the high standards of the firm in general.
