- A multi-service national Law firm who are on a significant growth trajectory in their London Office.
- The Commercial Property team is headed by an experienced Property solicitor who has held senior positions at both large international and specialist firms.
- General Commercial Property Role, work will generally involve:
- Commercial leases (relatively small scale).
- Working connection with the corporate team - looking after the real estate aspects of corporate deals.
- Investment purchases and sales.
- Role will have an element of secured lending work.
- Legally qualified in the UK.
- Junior, ideally 2 PQE. Would consider 1 year qualified.
- Candidate should be familiar with commercial leases.
- Candidate should be prepared to do some secured lending.
