In this role, you would assume responsibility for providing strategic leadership, advice and guidance across the board. You will work closely with the Chief Executive to develop internal & external communications. Partner with key stakeholders and Senior members of the team to provide strategic and operational leadership, to lead the Human Resources team and provide solutions on leadership and management development. In addition, you will be pivotal in partnering with the wider HR team and key business stakeholders in the identification of development programmes and Initiatives that will ensure on–going business success.
