My client law firm who are looking to expand their Legal offering with the appointment of a Counsel with extensive experience in Commercial Contracts.

- Currently supply 1.5 million end users.
- Commercial contract and DP work, this can multi-million £ customer contracts or B2B terms.
- Role will involve negotiating commercial terms and supervising Junior Solicitors on commercial contract changes.
- Exciting and fast paced.
- Supervision of Junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
- Ideally 3-7 PQE, but will consider candidates outside of this bracket.
- Good understanding of GDPR.·
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communicator across all levels.
- Experience in digital/telecoms or infrastructure sectors preferred.
