I'm looking for multiple Agile Engineering Managers with flawless track records in successfully leading teams of Software Engineers and QA's, It's really important that you are focused on delivery – on making things happen.. a no–nonsense approach. You'll drive a "quality first" environment, constantly encouraging and motivating your teams, striving to do things the right way. I'm looking for a Manager who is capable of empowering people, providing tactical & strategic direction whilst influencing others with their ways of thinking.
What are we looking for in this person? Firstly and most importantly.. you will lead from the front and absolutely thrive from working in a very fast–paced environment where requirements can often change at a moments notice.. and you'll do it with a smile of your face! You will be energetic, inquisitive, and essentially have a can–do attitude. We are looking for positive individuals here who want to be part of a genuinely lovely culture and bunch of people. As Engineering Manager its really important that you can join the business and quickly build relationships across the business, not only within your immediate teams but with Senior business management and stakeholders across the wider business.
They are a .NET house with a DevOps mind–set and their software is written in C#/ASP.NET MVC although it is beginning to evolve and they're exploring tech like Node, TypeScript. We aren't fussy about your technical background as long as you have been hands–on at some point in your career – we're more bothered about your ability to lead and motivate teams.
