We require a Business Analyst for a period of 6 months to work on a fixed project. You will be working within the Environment and Place Service Improvement team to develop and deliver comprehensive process maps and standard operating procedures to support the implementation and transition to BAU of a new piece of planning software.
You will need to perform business process analysis across a wide variety of public services. Requiring the ability to liaise with and understand many different professions, to analyse, develop and map processes, develop standard operating procedures and support their implementation. You will be a skilled communicator with strong problem–solving abilities. Your day–to–day responsibility will be working across a large software implementation project, supporting the integration of teams and services and the identification of clear, tangible savings.
You will work with technical leads to develop and implement county council processes, in order to improve the customer experience and make best use of resources and assess the viability of organisational design based on operational fit and financial constraints.
A graduate with experience of Business Process Improvement using industry standard techniques with the ability to map end–to–end customer journeys through separate front and back office environments. With quantifiable evidence of identifying and delivering significant process efficiencies and accurately quantifying savings, you will have successfully delivered change initiatives that affected a range of stakeholders and experience of working in a project environment.
