They are now looking for someone to join the business who can help them to drive the business forward and continue to make improvements.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department, ensuring health and safety and reliability are a key focus. As well as dealing with any reactive breakdown requirements your role will focus on working with the reliability looking at planned preventative maintenance. You will also work with the Senior Management team on continual improvements, budgeting, driving change and minimising wastage, improve quality and capacity.
This is the ideal role for someone with management experience within a manufacturing industry looking for an autonomous role with a growing manufacturer.
THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the Maintenance Department
*Driving changes and investment to ensure maximum productivity of the site
*Focus on reliability and preventative maintenance
*Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
THE PERSON:
*Management experience
*Background of reliability improvements
*Knowledge of a manufacturing industry
