My client is a leading national law firm who are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Team Manager for their growing team in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be managing a team of Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors, working on Fast-Track RTA files
My client is looking to expand their Personal Injury headcount across the board after successfully securing new accounts, resulting in an increased influx of work. The role is to lead and manage a team ensuring delivery of operational, customer and financial performance in accordance with business strategy and relevant regulatory requirements.
Management / Supervisory experience is essential, as well as good technical knowledge at RTA Fast Track files - pre and post litigation.
