Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Are you currently looking for a NEW Hybrid/Remote Business Analyst opportunity with ServiceNow experience (Mandatory)?
If so, our client, a stock transfer company that provides corporate trust, stock transfer and employee share plan services in a number of different countries is currently looking for a Business Analyst who has experience working with ServiceNow implementation.
The successful candidate will be a proven BA with the below skills and experience:
Able to understand and document business and system processes
Experience in defining process flows for Service Now such as Access Requests, Approvals, user management, etc.
Experienced in working with design and delivery teams
Have created user guides and process flow diagrams
Understanding of support and change process.
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills: written and oral
Stakeholder management
This position will be a hybrid role to start with the candidate needing to visit the office in Bristol or Edinburgh once or twice a week, but our client can be open to remote work for the right client.
