In this role, you will be working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver electronics solutions to help create DNA. Over the next two years they will move from one–off prototypes, through to small scale manufacture. You will have the opportunity to see your designs and assemblies through the complete development process; from concept and detail design to being hands–on in the lab building and testing.
This will include custom ASICs, delivering HDL for FPGAs and integrating these with mixed signal systems.
Skills and experience:
Extensive background in digital electronics
experience in writing RTL for FPGAs, preferably VHDL
Performing verification of HDL
Strong teamwork and communication skills
An organised approach to work and an excellent attention to detail Desirable experience and expertise
Experience in working alongside ASICs would be beneficial
Working with mixed signal systems
Experience with, or a desire to design digital systems architectures
