Do you have the drive & experience to close deals with large education organisations as well as the management skills to get the most out of a talented and passionate new business team? If so, then we have an exciting new role for you of Head of Sales with a leading EdTech company. The role offers a competitive salary package, flexible, remote working, and a rewarding mission, working amongst a supportive and inclusive team of education technology professionals.

As Head of Sales, you will report to the Sales & Marketing director. Key responsibilities will include (amongst others):

close deals at a senior level with large education authorities
drive new business sales, by leading the new business team
manage sales & account management staff across the business

The ideal Head of Sales will have solid experience of managing sales teams, and of selling to large organisations as well as possess data–driven approaches to sales & marketing management. Sales experience in the EdTech, SAAS or education space. Selling to schools, local authorities or MATs would be highly beneficial! Insight into digital marketing and the use of data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness would also be advantageous.
