Corporate Solicitor - Part Time - Kent / Remote Working.
Legal 500 law firm, known to have one of the best corporate teams in the South East, are looking to recruit an experienced corporate solicitor to join them on a part time basis.
This firm have a different model to most law firms - they have always offered flexible and remote working (even before the pandemic) and pride themselves on having a modern and dynamic environment which is not held back by the constraints of the traditional law firm model.
They act for a number of impressive commercial clients and have been involved in some major high value and notable corporate transactions.
They are looking for a corporate solicitor, ideally with at least 5 years PQE, who has a solid corporate transactional and M&A background. You will be confident being the lead on transactions but will also be comfortable working as part of a team.
This is a part time position and therefore it is ideal for someone who wants to reduce their hours/days but is unable to do so in their current role or someone who currently works part time and is looking to continue with this. My clients ideal is that you would be working 3 full days per week but there is some flexibility on this.
They have an impressive office in Kent and it would be ideal if you were able to get to the office at least once per month, but remote working for the rest of the time is absolutely fine. This firm have the best tech in place to enable everyone to work from home with ease.
