About the role:
An organisation who regulates auditors and ensure high standards of corporate audit and reporting are set are currently seeking to appoint a Project Director. This is an exciting, new opportunity to join the team and work on the supervision of the culture and behaviours within a wide range of audit firms to really drive increased audit quality!
The organisation are offering up to £90k and with a huge focus on work-life balance, they are offering great flexibility and hybrid working involving 2 days a week in the Central London office.

Key responsibilities include:
- Project management - leading projects around values and behaviour, whilst also contributing to other projects across the organisation
- Assessing the culture at a range of large audit firms and presenting key findings to firms to support with driving change and create a new approach
- Senior leadership engagement - building solid rapport through various outreach (e. meetings, writing reports, verbal communication etc.)
- Giving insight around the attributes of a healthy culture gathered from previous experience/academic study
The successful candidate:
- Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
- Experience of working in professional services or a regulatory field
- Solid understanding of:
- How cultural/behavioural matters are considered within audit firms
- How audit firms are structured
- The UK regulatory environment
- Proven experience with:
- Engagement with senior level stakeholders
- Project and time management
- Reporting writing
- Providing insight and recommendations around culture and behaviours
- A passion for driving change and achieving quality culture within firms!
