A fantastic Regional Hotel Operations Director role in Yorkshire, paying a salary of up to GBP80,000 plus Bonuses is available for a Hotel Management Company. You will be overseeing 7 properties within the group, most of which are situated in the North.

Regional Hotel Operations Director role in Yorkshire Highlights:
Salary of GBP75,000 – GBP80,000 negotiable on experience
Up to 10% Bonus on top of salary
Highly suitable for anyone situated in locations such as Leeds, York, Durham, Halifax or Sheffield
Diverse portfolio of properties which are heavily F&B and Events focussed
Flexibility to work from home 1 day per week when appropriate
Paid mileage, overnight accommodation, meals provided
Enhanced Holiday – 33 days per year
Regional Hotel Operations Director role in Yorkshire Job Examples:
Field based role across 7 properties largely situated in the North
Lead, mentor and coach onsite General Managers and their teams, which are heavily F&B and Events focussed properties
Drive and implement company brand standards for all key services across the hotels F&B and FOH Operational Departments
Development and Implementation of new F&B concepts aligned with hotels refurbishment and repositioning
Use data to drive performance of operations, deliver budgeted results and improved quality of service offerings throughout the individual hotels
Regional Hotel Operations Director role in Yorkshire Ideal Experience:
Senior Management experience within Hospitality
Multi–site is highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of F&B landscape with some experience of design/ repositioning
