Premier Recruitment Group is working on behalf of prestigious client who is looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in Leicester. This is full time and permanent position.

The Role

We are currently looking for a driven Business Development Manager to target and on–board new clients/partners. With national scope there is a significant opportunity to land big deals.
To excel in this role, you could come from a vehicle or technology background, have a keen interest in technology, a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Building a sales pipeline to meet targets both for new channel business, existing partner accounts and fleet end users
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
Contacting potential clients/partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Responding to RFP's, tenders and developing sales in new sales territories
Assessing, confirming and validating client/partner needs
Selling to end users through partner organisations by working closely with partner sales resources
Generating sales and demonstrating excellent closing ability
Completing quotes and commercial proposals for clientsRequirements

Ideally 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales environment
Industry experience within CCTV / Technology / Automotive industry is a strong preference
Background in Sales with an interest in technology will be considered for talented candidates and training will be provided
Ideally a Bachelor's degree or a National Diploma in Business or a related field.
Proven track record of generating sales with exceptional closing ability
Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, PaaS and HaaS technology and the business landscape
The ideal candidate will be based south of Leicester for ease of access for client meetings and the office headquarters in South London
