HR Business Partner
Salary GBP60K plus GBP5K car plus benefits
Location: Hybrid working plus 2 days at Warrington H/O
Outstanding opportunity to work with corporate senior commercial Business Leaders / stakeholders at Head Office. Reporting into the UK HR Director the primary responsibility for this role is to strategically support and engage with very high level senior professional services commercial board/shareholder level across Finance, H+S and other head functions.
THE ROLE:
The HR Business partner will be responsible for co–ordinating and driving the UK Business and Workforce plan, concentrating on succession, workforce planning, reward, OD and overseeing the site operational HRBP's who will be rolling out the Workforce and Business Plan at their individual UK sites.
This is a great opportunity to work at a strategic and influential level in a global business for an experienced strong operational HR generalist with experience engaging and supporting at the highest level and experience in implementation of workforce planning.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD 5.
Must have considerable experience working at strategic level supporting Board
Level / Shareholders in a large global business.
Excellent operational HR background.
Previous experience managing regional HRBP's.
A very strong background in workforce planning implementation and management.
