Job Title: Regional Finance Manager
Location: Lutterworth
Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP60,000 (fig. includes 15% bonus)
Type: Full time, Permanent
Overview:
To oversee all financial aspects of Business and ensure overall financial management, accounting, internal controls, financial planning, statutory compliances and providing financial data for analysis thereby helping in the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization.
Responsibilities / duties:
Controllership – Audit, Defining various policy framework
FP&A – Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting, Expense approvals
Banking – fund management and maintaining banking relationships
Taxation – Direct and Indirect
Risk Management and Insurance Management
Provide advice to support functions including IT, HR and Admin
Regulatory compliance with respective all applicable UK regulations
All admin related responsibility for Europe Operations including UKTC site
All the tasks applicable for Harris Performance and Koda studio (London office) site as well
FP&A job for Europe sales and marketing operations
Realistic budget preparation
Correct and up–to–date financial report
All financial transactions / audits handled on time
Smooth and successful functioning of the respective Finance Office
Qualifications/Education
Education:
Qualified Accountant – Relevant graduate / post graduate qualification
Experience
10–14 years of experience in the Finance function for a major company or division of a large corporation
Proven administrative, leadership and management experience in the areas of strategic planning, analysis, and organisational development
Experience in SAP modules
Experience in automobile sector
