Business Analyst e-commerce CRM

Excellent opportunity to join this Global Consumer Electronics company at an exciting time to work on a new project to work on a global initiative to rethink our approach to customers. We are looking at new Customer Experience Systems, you will be responsible for developing clear schematics and applying design thinking to systems that will support our customers in an ever growing digital world, with a human interface, physical products and logistics to ensure a successful customer experience. We are looking for someone to bring a fresh approach to how the development and systems deployments take place. The focus will be on translating user requirements into technical design of a new system to cover all customer touchpoints. There are new services to be included in the process, so strong mapping of systems architecture, data integration points process workflows and user hierarchies experience.
You will need to be experienced in schematics design and visual representation, system design and analysis testing and deployment, and ideally have experience of a CXM solution, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or similar. A customer experience background would be preferred.
You will work alongside systems vendors to drive methodologies in selected platforms, research and select key features and lead testing plans for deployment
