Litigation Solicitor - Our client is a leading Kent firm with routes dating back over 120 years. This multi office practice with a fantastic reputation is now looking for a senior Litigator due to succession planning.
About the Role
This dispute resolution team have a high quality client base and cases are often large and complex. You will need to have a wide range of experience as you will be handling a mix caseload. This will consists of commercial and civil disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, contested probate and property litigation including landlord & tenant and boundary disputes.
Candidate Requirements
This is a senior level position and with that they are interested in seeing the CV's of solicitors with 6+ years relevant PQE. You will therefore need to have a previous track record of dealing with a wide range of litigation matters as well as attributes that are fitting to this level. These include active participation in marketing and business development for the team and the firm, leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to add value to the practice.
