A Lead Business Analyst is required for a fabulous opportunity to help deliver business change across 3 different continents for a growing international organisation.??? Leading a team of business analysts you will help drive the program if work from the current RFQ phase through to delivery and post implementation.
Reporting to the Program Manager you will help shape the approach to documentation and business dependencies and provide guidance to both the Work Group Leads and Executive Team on requirements and change.
Experience and Skills:
5 years experience working within major business transformation and change, ideally implementing ERP systems.
Recognised qualification in business or Jess modelling e.g. BPMn or similar.
Evidence of leading, guiding or mentoring teams in international or national change.
Demonstrable experience in helping create business cases, RFQs and commercial requirements.
Excellent communication and presentational skills.
This is an immediate requirement with the initial contract being for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week, with scope for major extension as the Program will run until 2026.
The role is mainly remote working, but will require the occasional travel to sites in Midlands and Cambridge as required
