Job title: Sales Director – Soft Services Sector
Location: North West – Lancashire
Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: GBP60,000 – GBP80,000 depending on experience, plus commission and Company Car

Job Brief:
The Sales Director will be confident at winning new business in the region of one million plus per annum in the Cleaning and Soft Services sector. The successful candidate will meet our clients revenue growth objectives. The Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Responsibilities for the Sales Director:
* Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and accounts
* Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
* Build and maintain strong, long–lasting customer relationships
* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements and skills:
* Proven sales experience
* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Proven ability to position services against competitors
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* BA/BS degree or equivalent
