With a background in a fast-moving media/advertising agency background you will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with an eye for detail and a passion for developing businesses. You will be an excellent team manager and will lead across a range of projects.

Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the board. Your role will include:
- Managing a team of 6
- Ensuring month end close is completed on time
- Implement and maintain financial controls
- Enhance efficiency, and set up robust processes around group reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and HMRC reporting, and driving R&D tax credit claims
- Own the group audit and statutory accounts
- Lead commercial analysis, looking at client and project profitability, analysing investment in projects or tools, and working to increase commercial awareness around the business.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to produce and maintain detailed and robust forecasts, plans and budgets for sign off by the Board.
- Assessing both finance and other systems in use by the business to identify potential improvements / replacements, and drive any new system implementations
